제목 Highly efficient blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes fabricated by solution process using a curable hole transport layer
초록 Wet-process based blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes were developed by solution coating of a novel hole transport material derived from 3,5-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl)-N, N-diphenylaniline (DCDPA). The DCDPA with the high triplet energy and proper highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) level and good hole trasnport properties was a central core and chemically modified with two vinylbenzene crosslinking units to allow network formation by curing reaction at high temperature.   The spin coating of the blue phosphorescent emitting layer offered the highly efficient soluble blue devices shows high quantum efficiency(EQE) of 20.6% and lower turn on voltage of 4.8V. As a result of this study, it is expected that the synthesized material can be used as a hole transporting material for the highly efficient soluble blue OLEDs.
