제목 Enhanced Dielectric Properties of Silk fibroin/Silica Hybrid Film
초록 Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) are promising devices because of the merits of low cost, large area, and flexibility. It can be allow fabricating the flexible electronic devices. Although they have the merits, OTFTs usually exhibit low performance compared to inorganic thin-film transistors. Field-effect mobility and low operating voltage are important performance of OTFTs. Gate dielectric layer is important part of OTFTs, because Field-effect mobility and low operating voltage strongly depend on the gate dielectric layer. Silk fibroin (SF) is a natural material. Especially, SF produced from Bombyx mori has been investigated as a potential material for various applications. Recently, SF has been researched as electronic application due to its dielectric property. SF gate dielectrics have relatively high dielectric constants compared to other polymer. In this work, inorganic nanoparticles such as silica hybrid with SF to enhance dielectric constant of SF gate dielectric layer.
