제목 Textile-based organic transistors using non-oxidized graphite electrode via electrochemical exfoliation method
초록 Highly flexible and electrically conductive multifunctional textiles are desirable for use in wearable electronic applications. In this study, we fabricated multifunctional textiles by vacuum filtration and wet-transfer of non-oxidized graphite on flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) textile. A flexible organic transistor can be obtained by direct transfer of dielectric layer/semiconducting layer/graphite electrode on the non-oxidized graphite textile composition, where the textile composite was used as both flexible substrate and conductive gate electrode. Following transfer of the dielectric layer/semiconducting layer on the gate electrode, non-oxidized graphite, used as source and drain(S/D) electrodes, were coated by spraying method with a patterned shadow mask.
