Highly flexible and electrically conductive multifunctional textiles are desirable for use in wearable electronic applications. In this study, we fabricated multifunctional textiles by vacuum filtration and wet-transfer of non-oxidized graphite on flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) textile. A flexible organic transistor can be obtained by direct transfer of dielectric layer/semiconducting layer/graphite electrode on the non-oxidized graphite textile composition, where the textile composite was used as both flexible substrate and conductive gate electrode. Following transfer of the dielectric layer/semiconducting layer on the gate electrode, non-oxidized graphite, used as source and drain(S/D) electrodes, were coated by spraying method with a patterned shadow mask. |
