제목 Dye-sensitized solar cell with partially reduced graphene oxide film
초록 We demonstrated that graphene oxide (GO) film exhibited good catalytic effect in a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). A solar power conversion efficiency (h) of 1.6%, short circuit current density (Jsc) of 10.6 mA/cm2, open current density (Voc) of 0.68 V, and a fill factor (FF) of 0.22 were obtained. The h was higher than the h of a DSSC without catalysis (0.74%) and the h of other reported types of DSSCs (0.84%) and organic solar cells (1.1%) with conductive graphene electrodes. The catalytic effectis due to effective reduction in GO film : iodide ions can path through interlayer hydrophilic space in which electrons were supplied to the iodide ions.
