We investigated the transition behavior such as the order-to-order transition (OOT) and the order-to-disorder transition (ODT) for binary mixtures, composed of asymmetric block copolymer (PS-b-PI) and homopolymer (PS) using SAXS and GISAXS. In the PS-b-PI bulk, it presented the sequential phase transition (LAM-HPL-GYR-HEX-DIS) with increasing temperature. The transition temperatures of binary blends were significantly changed with increasing amount of PS. For the PS-b-PI films the surface interaction of substrate significantly changed the transition temperature and path way. From these results, we will discuss about the homopolymer and interfacial interaction effects on the phase behaviors in bulks and thin films system of binary blends. |
