제목 Synthesis and Characterization of UV Curable Urethane Oligomer for Semiconductor Wafer
초록 UV-curable urethane oligomers were synthesized by a diisocyanate, different polyols and a hydroxyl acrylate. UV-curable mixtures were formulated from the urethane oligomer, reactive diluent monomers and a photo-initiator. The effects of different polyol types and molecular weigh were examined such as stress relaxation and elongation properties of UV-cured films. As molecular weigh of polyol increased, the elongation property of UV-cured films increased significantly. The stress relaxation was related to different polyol types.
