Fabrication of stretchable pressure sensor by printing liquid metals on gold particles rubbed on PDMS |
초록 |
Liquid metals(eutectic Gallium-Indium metal alloy) are commonly used as an electrode due to remarkable electric properties, especially in high conductivity and low viscosity. Wettability of liquid metal on active(sensing) materials changes from the various conditions such as contact angle(hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity), surface roughness. This paper presents a method for fabricating a pressure(or strain) sensor with interfacial stability by surface modification of rubbed gold particles on poly(dimethylsiloxane)(PDMS). |
