제목 A simple method to prepare nano-porous patterns of polymer substrate
초록 Nanostructured patterns are potentially of great interest for a wide variety of applications but the most of production methods are complex or expensive. In here, we introduce a simple and cheap method for making porous surfaces using polymer substrate and suitable solvent only. By freezing a solvent drop on polymer substrate, we can easily produce aligned nanoporous patterns of polymer substrate after removing solvent crystals. Porous patterns of polymer surface (with 0.1 – 30um pore size) results from growth of solvent crystals into polymer substrate. Pore size could be controlled by adjusting crystallization and dissolution time of solvent. The resulting polymer substrate with arrayed nano-porous patterns has a water contact angle of 151° without any further treatment. This simple and cheap method can adopt a variety of polymer surfaces using suitable solvents.
