제목 Enhancing the Bass Frequency Response of PVDF based Thin Film Acoustic Actuator: A Relationship between Frequency Response and Polymer Crystallinity
초록 A high-performance of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based thin film acoustic actuator with chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene electrodes was successfully fabricated. Importantly, a study of relationship between crystallinity of PVDF and bass frequency response enhanced acoustic actuator performance were investigated. High concentrations of Ba-doped SiO2/TiO2 hollow nanoparticles (Ba–HNPs) could be embedded into PVDF nanofibers at large-scale via electrospinning which made it possible to enhance the β phase content and the dielectric property of the pristine PVDF as a nucleating agent. Especially, PVDF with 15 wt% Ba–HNPs maximized 95 % β phase content, and it led to ca. 60 % increase in frequency response at bass frequencies.
