제목 Synthesis of CuSbS2 and CuSbSe2 nanocrystals for solar material: crystallographic and optical properties
초록   CuSbS2 (CAS) and CuSbSe2 (CASe) nanocrystals (NCs), which are earth-abundant materials, were simply synthesized by mechano-chemical synthesis method. Only pure precursors such as copper, antimony, sulfur, and selenium were used without any organic solvents and also no additional chemicals. the NCs were synthesized within a short time and sudden phase changes were occurred by self-ignition and propagation as the mechano-chemical properties. XRD, Raman, and TEM analysis were carried out to determine the crystallinity and secondary phase of synthesized CAS and CASe NCs. Optical properties was investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy and it was observed that the band gap was about 1.0 and 1.5 eV. CAS · CASe colloid dispersed in only anhydrous ethanol was prepared and coated on Mo substrate by facile doctor blade coat method. without Additional post-treatment,   CAS and CASe NCs for solar material were perfectly obtained without secondary phases.
