제목 | Fabrication of Honeycomb-Shaped Gold Nanoparticle Array for SERS Substrate |
초록 | Metal nanostructures have attracted plenty of interests for Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) substrates due to Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) which enhances electric field. In order to decrease loss, using metal nanoparticles as building blocks for nanostructure is better than evaporation-based nanostructure. Ordered array is necessary for quantitative analysis of molecules. In this study, we fabricate honeycomb-shaped gold nanoparticle array for SERS substrate by using polystyrene particle monolayers as patterns for assembly. We demonstrate various types of gold nanoparticle honeycomb controlling size of polystyrene particles and assembly speed, and we observe the effects of interparticle gap and size of gold nanoparticle ring. |
