제목 Micelle, Wormlike-micelle and Vesicleof Alkyl GraftedPoly(aminoacid) in Aqueous Solution
초록 Amphiphilic graft copolymers, poly(2-hydroxyethyl aspartamide) grafted with hydrophobic chains with various degree of substitution (DS), were synthesized and their self-aggregates such as spherical micelles, wormlike micelles, tubular networks, and vesicles were observed by TEM and SANS and found to be a function of DS of the hydrophobic chain, and those self-assembled nanostructures could be explained in terms of interfacial energy and packing parameter of a blob surfactant model.Diverse morphologies for a comb-like amphiphilic graft copolymer system would be used for biomedical applications carrying drugs and contrast agents.
