제목 Syringeless electrospun nonwoven fiber containing silicar particle for LiB separator
초록 The Separator is a permeable membrane for the safety of Li-Battery(LiB). Commercialized LiB has adopted polyolefin membranes such as polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP) from the melt-blown process. However, they exhibit poor wettability, porosity, and electrolyte absorption, which result in disadvantaged compatibility with liquid electrolyte. There have been several studies on the preparation of nanofiber from eletrospinning process that overcome the advantages. In addition, we found that the syringeless electrspinning method can overcome the limitation of mass production. In this study, we estabilished spinnability's condition of polyacrylonitrile(PAN), polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) which are stable electrochemically and have good thermal property. Besides, porosity controlled by containing silica particle. The separators from syringeless electrospinning have good wettability and ionic conductivity than conventional separators. Also, they dispaly lower thermal shrinkage.
