제목 Solid State Electrolyte with Li Cation Doped ZnO for Highly Reliable All Solid State Energy Storage Devices
초록 Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are expected to be applied as high energy storage devices for electrical vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems (ESSs). Even though LIBs have been received a great attention, there are several challenges. Especially, safety issues related to explosion accidents are critical problems. Commercially available liquid electrolyte for LIBs are at risk for leakage and worn out of electrolytes, and organic solvents using in electrolyte can be reason for ignition and explosion of LIBs. Also they have poor thermal stabilities because intrinsic limitation of organic solvents. To overcome this obstacles, all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries with solid electrolytes are attracting attention.
