제목 Highly dispersed silver nanoparticles on conducting polypyrrole nanospheres
초록 Polypyrrole (PPy) nanospheres were synthesized by microemulsion polymerization method using myristyltrimethylammonium bromide (MTAB) and decyl alcohol as surfactant and cosurfactant, respectively. PPy nanosphere was dedoped with 1 M NaOH solution, and then redoped with suitable acid containing thiol group. By addition of silver nitrate solution to the redoped PPy nanosphere solution silver nanoparticles with 5-20 nm in diameter are dispersed on PPy nanosphere. The silver-loaded PPy nanosphere exhibited higher electrical conductivity than as-prepared PPy nanospheres. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis were conducted in order to confirm the silver nanoparticle-loaded PPy nanospheres.
