제목 Synthesis of new rigid donor moiety for highly efficient blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters
초록 A carbazole based rigid donor moiety was synthesized for efficient blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The carbazole based donor was developed as a strong donor and two emitting materials, dBFCzCNTrz and dBFCzTrz were coupled with diphenyltriazine as an acceptor moiety. The singlet and triplet energy of dBFCzCNTrz and dBFCzTrz were 2.97/2.88 eV and 3.15/3.02 eV. The maximum external quantum efficiency of blue TADF OLEDs were 27.5% and 22.6% and color coordinates of (0.22, 0.47) and (0.16, 0.27).
