Functional E-SBR for Fuel-efficient Tire Material |
초록 |
We report a new copolymer for fuel-efficient tire’s material. We first synthesized the Styrene-Butadiene-Glycidyl methacrylate copolymer was synthesized using p-methane Hydroperoxide as an initiator by Emulsion Polymerization. After polymerization, the latex are treated with a mixed solution containing sodium chloride, sulfuric acid mixed solution. The polymer of the present research which is produced by glycidyl methacrylate monomer via performed ring-opening has optimized silica compatibility, superior tensile strength and excellent dynamic property. Therefore, used as a tire tread material that the reduce hysteresis, and improve wet stopping performance of the tire, enhance wear resistance. |
