In this work, the dielectric and thermal properties of 2EP/PPO blend system were investigated in terms of dielectric constant and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. The content of PPO was varied within 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 phr to neat 2EP. As an experimental result, the dielectric constants of the blends were decreased in the content of 10 phr PPO and then increased again with further increment of PPO. This was probably due to the decreasing of movement of dipole moments, resulting from the strong hydrogen bonding between hydroxyl group of epoxy and ether group of PPO. Also, thermal properties of the 2EP/PPO blends showed the highest thermal stability parameters at 10 phr PPO content in this system, which could be attributed to the high cross-linking density of the blends.
