제목 Electric field induced degradation of perovskite solar cells
초록 Power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has rapidly increased in last few years. Although perovskite solar cells have many potential to generate high efficiency, this type of solar cells are weak for external environments such as moisture, UV & Sun light, temperature and electric field. The various studies on the stability of perovskite solar cell are currently proceeding but the stability about the electric field is rare. When the solar cell is exposed to the light, the photo-voltage is generated and the voltage is continuously applied to the perovoskite solar cells. Here, the stability of the perovskite solar cell about electric field is conducted. The migration of ions is confirmed by the dark current decay and activation energy is calculated with temperature dependent dark current. The changes of the power conversion efficiency according to the amount of the voltage are measured under the dark state and significant drop is observed when the applied voltage is more than 1V. We sugest that perovskite solar cells are stable on electric field up to operating voltage.
