제목 Fine Color Tuning of Blue Emitting Anthracene Derivatives by Controlling the Structures
초록 OLED have received a considerable attention because of their potential application to full color flat-panel display. A number of red, green and blue emitting materials have been studied for using as materials in organic light emitting diode(OLED), because the three basic colors (red, green and blue) are needed to obtain a full color display. While many red and green emitters which have sufficient brightness and lifetime for practical use have been developed, efficient and stable organic blue emitters are still rare. Among a few of blue emitters, anthracene derivatives are often used in OLED as blue emitters, for the sake of their high PL efficiencies, excellent electrochemical stability and easy introduction of various substituents in all positions. Thus, herein, anthracene derivatives were designed and expected to achieve blue-purity emission. Simultaneously color-tuning phenomenon for anthracene derivatives by manipulating the structures was investigated , which was inclined to achieve high-performance full-color device.
