| 제목 | Surface roughness-dependent electrical property of Ag cathode to Polymer Light Emitting Diode |
| 초록 | We report on the Polymer Light Emitting Diode (PLED) based on poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene](MEH-PPV) with using Ag cathode evaporated by electron beam evaporator and thermal evaporator. AFM and Current–Voltage (I–V) measurements show that the electrical property of PLED was related to the surface roughness of Ag cathode. |
