제목 | The Application of Soluble and Regioregular Poly(3-hexylthiophene) for Organic Thin-Film Transistors |
초록 | We have investigated regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) for the fabrication of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) requiring large area coverage, structural flexibility, low-temperature processing, and, especially, low-cost electric applications since they allow the use of spin-coating, spray-coating, screen printing, or ink-jet printing. Therefore the fabrication of P3HT-based OTFTs and all measurements of charge carrier mobilities were performed in the atmosphere without vacuum process. To improve the charge carrier mobilities and on-off current ratios, we have studied the synthetic method of regioregular P3HT, surface treatment of the substrate, de-doping of the P3HT, soluble processing passivation, solvent medium effect, and annealing process also. |
