제목 2,5-Bis(2-octyldodecyl)pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4(2H,5H)-dione -based Donor-Acceptor Alternating Copolymers containing Benzo[1,2-b;4,5-b’]dithiophene and Anthracene-based Monomers
초록 Substantial progress has been made in the exploration of organic semiconductors as active elements in electronic devices i.e., field-effect transistors (FETs). Various conjugated polymers containing diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) in the repeating group were reported in the literature for showing their superb electronic device applicability. In the presentation, we demonstrate the synthesis of new low bandgap alternating copolymers containing benzo[1,2-b;4,5-b’]dithiophene (BDT) and anthracene (Ant)-based monomer. Those copolymers were highly crystalline and provide very promising charge transport phenomenon. Thermal analaysis, cyclic voltammetry and absorption spectroscopy were employed to investigate their intrinsic materials properties. Eventually, we fabricated field effect transistors to study their p-type semiconducting property.
