Dithieno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]pyrrole are interested in the chemisty of organic electronics because of outstanding photoconductive property and good planerity. In this study, we synthesized dithieno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]pyrroles based copolymer using Stille coupling reaction and characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV-vis spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry, TGA, DSC.Bulk heterojunction structure photovoltaic devices,glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer-PCBM/LiF/Aluminium, were fabricated for investigating photovoltaic properties. |
