제목 Synthesis and Characterization of semiconducting Polymers made from Benzo[a]Phenazine derivatives for organic photovoltaic devices
초록 A series of new benzo[a]phenazine derivative polymers (PBDT-BOBPz, PBDT-BOCBPz) were synthesized through the stille coupling as donor for organic solar cells. The polymers exhibited good solubility in common oraganic solvents and good thermal stability. The optical energy band gap was 1.78 ~ 1.79 eV and the polymers showed similar UV-absorption spectrum trend. The HOMO and LUMO levels of the polymers were -5.37 to -5.42 eV and -3.58 to 3.64 eV, respectively. Bulk hetero-junction photovoltaic devices were fabricated using polymers with PC71BM as electron acceptor. One of these devices showed a high power conversion efficiency of 1.41% under AM 1.5G (100 mW cm−2) conditions.
