제목 Synthesis and Chracterizaton ofQuinoxaline Based Copolymers Containing Thiophene for Solar Cells
초록 Quinoxaline based copolymers, QxBT, QxTT, and QxST, were synthesized through Yamamoto and Stille polymerizations. The thin films of QxBT, QxTT, and QxST exhibited the maximum UV-visible absorption 583nm, 607nm, and 608nm with extinction coefficient 17000, 22000, and 53000, respectively. The band gap of these copolymers measured by cyclic voltammetry exhibited 1.77eV for QxBT, 1.68eV for QxTT, and 1.81eV for QxST. And OPVs performance with a configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Polymer:PC70BM/LiF/Al shows that QxBT has a PCE value of 0.76 %, Voc of 0.73 V, Jsc of 2.54 mA/cm2, and FF of 0.41 and QxST has a PCE value of 0.81 %, Voc of 0.6 V, and Jsc of 3.31 mA/cm2, and FF of 0.41. However, QxTT has a PCE value under 0.1%.
