제목 Synthesis and Opto-Electrical Properties of Ligand Exchanged Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Quantum Dots
초록 The perovskite quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized at various solvents with different solvent parameters (i.e., dipole moment and electrical susceptibility). The crystallinity and PLQYs of QDs were decreased with increasing solvent electric field capability values due to the presence of lead vacancies in the crystal structure. After surface ligand exchange process, PLQY of perovskite QD film was enhanced significantly due to reduced non-radiative exciton recombination which originated from surface dangling trap level. Finally, QDs-LED using ligand exchanged perovskite QD as emissive layer exhibits 2.5 times higher current efficiency compared to QDs-LED using pristine QDs.
