LiCoO2 were prepared by heat treatment at 300-700℃ to use precursors obtained by a sol–gel process. Polyaniline complex was prepared by an emulsion polymerization to use aniline as a monomer, DBSA as a emulsifier and APS as a initiator. The LiCoO2/PANI composite was prepared by casting on Al mesh slurry composed 80 wt.% LiCoO2, 10 wt.% PANI and 10 wt.% PVDF. The powder was characterized with X-ray diffraction and electrochemical experiment such cyclic voltammetry (CV) and charge-discharge test. The electrochemical test was performed at 1 M LiClO4 + PC/DMC electrolyte. The electrochemical performance of LiCoO2/PANI composite cathode was increased more than 20% compared to that usaed LiCoO2. |
