제목 Enhanced Dispersion of Silver Nanoparticles via Ligand Replacement for Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 Incorporating metallic nanoparticles (NPs) in photovoltaic devices has widely been considered as an approach to improve the device performances. Especially, dispersion of NPs in semiconducting thin films are regarded as an important optical and electrical property, since it can affect light scattering or plasmonic property. In this research, due to the severe aggregation of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) capped NPs in organic solvents, we developed ligand exchange process from the removed PVP and attached 1-propanethiol on the Ag NPs (50nm-diameter). The dispersion of NPs in a perovskite layer was improved after the washing treatment through 1-propanethiol capped AgNP in Chlorobenzene (CB) due to the proper molecular structure compared to PVP. Moreover, the device electrical parameters are related to the optimized ratios of NPs and surface morphology from AFM analysis.
