제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Polymeric OTFT Materials
초록 Semiconducting polymers have been attracting much interest recently for use in organic electronic devices such as photovoltaics, field effect transistors and light-emitting diodes. organic semiconductors has often focused on solution processable semiconducting polymer. The main advantage of the use of solution-processable semiconducting polymers can be deposited using low-cost solution processing methods such as spin-coating, ink-jet printing, and gravure printing Here, we designed new semiconductors material poly(1,4-bis((E)-2-(3-dodecylthiophen-2-yl)vinyl)benzene) The obtained polymer was characterized by various spectroscopic methods such as IR and NMR. The thermal, optical and electrical properties of polymer were also investigated
