제목 Organic acid-assisted chemical transformation of SnSe bulk crystals and their thermoelectric behaviours
초록 Se nanowires are one of the chalcogenide-based nanostructures that have attracted interest in various research fields of research because of their unique characteristics. Herein, wWe report on the fabrication of Se nanowires from bulk SnSe crystals throughby an organic acid-assisted chemical transformation process. During the reaction process, tThe concentration of the organic acid iwas found to be critical to control the morphology of the final products. Se nanowires with the diameter of ~40 nm diameter and length of ~1 μm length are obtained after the transformation. , and we suggestThe reaction mechanism for the chemical transformation is proposed of SnSe. Moreover, Tthe effect of the Se nanoparticles in SnSe on theits thermoelectric behaviours in SnSe is also investigated and  discussed. The Se nanowires and Se/SnSe composites reported in this study will open up new possibilities tofor various applications with excellent performances.
