The Si3N4-embedded carbon nanofibers (Si3N4/CNFs) were prepared by electrospinning the composite solutions of SiO2 and PAN (polyacrylonitrile), and subsequent stabilization and carbonization. The morphologies of Si3N4/CNFs were observed by FE-SEM, FE-TEM and XRD. The electrochemical properties ofSi3N4/CNFs were measured using a two-electrode system. The Si3N4/CNFs exhibit higher specific discharge capacity, exceptional cycle retention, and excellent reversible capacitythan that of purecarbon nanofiber(CNF). |
