제목 Solubility Measurement of API by Temperature and Solvents
초록 API(Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) is material having different crystallization form because it has different metastable zone by change of temperature and rate of mixed solvents. Measure solubility about API with some mixed solvents(Methanol and IPA, 1-propanol and DI water, 1-propanol and IPA, and Methanol and DI water) by different temperature. About condition of Methanol and IPA, 1-propanol and IPA, and Methanol and DI water, The more high temperature and high rate of major solvent, the more high solubility of API. In 1-propanol and DI water, the solubility of API increases by higher temperature and higher major solvent rate. But in case of major solvent rate, it is guaranteed up to 1-propanol 75%. The solubility of API in this condition decreases over this percentage.
