제목 코발트염 접착증진제가 배합고무와 황동이 피복된 스틸코드간의 접착층의 생성, 성장 및 변형에 미치는 영향
초록 The effect of Co salt as adhesion promoter for adhesion between brass-plated steel cord and rubber compound on the adhesion interface was investigated with respect to the content and type of Co salt. Co salt enhanced the formation of adhesion layer and increased the growth of that. Therefore, Co salt increase the pullout force of steel cord for unaged adhesion samples. After humid aging, Co salt leaded to the decrease of pullout force. By means of surface analysis such as AES, the fact was confirmed that Co salt played a major role of formation and growth of adhesion layer. Also, the formation and growth of adhesion layer were varied with the type of Co salt.
