Ahead to the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the conductive transparent flexible thin films are attracting attention in various fields as high-tech materials. In this study, graphene oxide reduced through electron beam irradiation was produced at a faster rate and more environmentally friendly than the conventional method, and nickel sulfide was added to improve the function. The morphology and crystallinity of the obtained results were characterized by SEM and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The prepared thin films are expected to be mass productive and price-competitive using materials that are easy to manufacture. Also, these advanced films expected to be used in various fields such as electrochemistry, displays, batteries, and next-generation energy materials. The high-tech materials to be developed are expected to be utilized as core technological materials for the 4th industrial revolution. |
