KOH-modifed graphene oxide (KMGO)/Activated carbon (AC)/Fe2O3 composites were prepared by homogeneous precipitation and subsequent reduction of the GO. KOH-modification graphene, AC were tried to yield modified-rGO/AC composites platelets decorated with Fe2O3 nanoparticles. The total specific capacity of KMGO/AC/Fe2O3 was higher than the sum of pristine KMGO, AC, and nanoparticle Fe2O3. AC and Fe2O3 were improve their electrochemical performance owing to offer large active surface area(AC) and prevent of graphene restacking(Fe2O3). The structure and morphology of the composite are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Charge-Discharge (CD) in 6M KOH electrolyte. |
