Synthesis and electroluminescent properties of ACW |
초록 |
Three compounds introducing various side groups were designed and synthesized :ACW2, ACW8, ACW10, which contained aromatic side groups. ACW2, ACW8, ACW10 contained , were designed to afford improved hole injection properties. The ACW8 in a organic light emitting diode(OLED) device showed the best efficiency when efficiency of device reached 1.64 cd/A at a current density of 10mA/cm2. The ACW2 showed the best high power efficiency that reached 0.71 lm/W at a current density of 10mA/cm2. Photoluminescence(PL) spectrum of synthesized materials showed maximum emitting wavelengths of about 438nm in solution state and 457nm in film state. |
