제목 Preparation and Application of Thermosensitive Nanoparticles Formed by Self-assembly of Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-Poly(ε-caprolactone)
초록 Polymeric amphiphiles have been extensively studied in biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields due to their unique properties of micelle or micelle-like self-aggregate formation in aqueous milieu. In this study, the well-defined PNIPAAm-PCL was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone using PNIPAAm-OH, prepared by telomerization of NIPAAm, as initiators. Thermosensitive nanaparticles formed by self-assembly of PNIPAAm-PCL in aqueous environment were prepared by a solvent evaporation method. The nanoparticles showed PCL block length dependent physicochemical properties such as lower critical solution temperature, particle size, and critical aggregation concentration. Then, the thermosinsitive nanoparticles were introduced into drug delivery systems with hydrophobic model drug of clonazepam, and their temperature sensitive release behaviors were investigated.
