제목 | 2축배향된 구리 기판 위에서의 YBCO 초전도 후막 제조 |
초록 | On non-textured polycrystalline Cu substrate, YBCO superconducting thick films were fabricated using a simple screen-printing method, from Cu-free powders (Y2O3 and BaCO3). However, the films have poor superconducting properties, such as the critical current density, Jc value due to the random orientation of the films. In this work, we investigate the influence of the substrate on the film texture to improve superconducting properties of the film. Biaxially cube textured Cu(200) substrate with a thickness of 100 ㎛ was used. The substrate was fabricated by the rolling assisted biaxial textured substrates (RABiTS) process. The biaxial alignment occurred at 800 ℃ 30 min annealing conditions. The film screen-printed on the textured Cu substrate was heat-treated by 2-step procedure in air (980 ℃ 10 sec + 930 ℃ 1 min 30 sec) followed by oxygen annealing for 3 hr at 450 ℃. Texture analysis was performed using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). Microstructural characteristics of the film were determined by SEM and XRD analyses. Critical current density (Jc) was measured by means of a standard four-probe resistive method using a physical property measurement system (PPMS). It was found that textured substrate was effective to improve superconducting properties of the YBCO film. |
