제목 구강암에서 cDNA Microarray의 Normalization
초록 DNA microarray is a new technology performed by array fabrication and signal detection. It can present the state of thousands of genes simultaneously from a view of their expression level. In this case, however, many sources of fluctuations to be expected arise inevitably among microarray experiments, of which there are such systematic variations as we can improve the results by means of statistical methods. This paper focuses on the normalization of cDNA array data presenting expression level of genes causing the oral cancer, and subsequently the validation of the methods we exploited. The loess method used for multiple nonparametric regression is discussed, by which differentially expressed genes are selected and compared with the genes selected intuitively by no method.
