Fluorescent Detection of Phosphatase Activity with Functionalized Graphene Oxide |
| 초록 |
A fluorescence based biosensor for the optical detection of phosphatase activity was designed by functionalizing graphene oxide (GO) with small phosphorous-containing ligands and metal ions (denoted GO-P-M). The structure of GO-P-M was analyzed by various spectroscopic methods such as FT-IR, UV, and XPS etc. As-prepared GO-P-M showed intense and stable fluorescence in the visible range of electromagnetic spectrum. Finally, GO-P-M was applied to the sensitive detection of phosphatase activity based on its fluorescence changes. |
