제목 Thermosensitive Pluronic-Glycolide-META-Heparin binding TGF- β1 Hydrogel for proliferation and differentiation of Adipose-derived stem cells
초록 Pluronics are nontoxic poly(ethylene oxide)-(polypropylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PPO-PEO) triblock copolymers which form thermoreversible gels at high concentrations. Adipose-derived stem cells (ASC) are self-renewing stem cells that are easily isolated by differential sedimentation from processed liposuction material. ASCs can differentiate into various cell types including adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, neurons, and multinucleated myocytes in response to lineage-specific induction factors. In this work, a functional Pluronic (F127) derivative, such as 4-Methacryloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride(META), glycolide and heparin-grafted Pluronic (F127-G5-META-Heparin) was synthesized and then the derivative was subjected to binding to transforming growth factor (TGF-β1). This Pluronic-based hydrogel system is expected to be useful as an injectable hydrogel for tissue regeneration.
