Graphene, a 2-dimensional (2D) carbon network material structured into a hexagonal array, has been in the spotlight of academic and industrial fields. The remarkable properties of graphene have been reported with high values of breaking strength, thermal conductivity, mobility of charge carriers, and surface area. In this work, we report a valuable procedure to fabricate effectively reduced and nitrogen(N)-doped graphene electrodes on a glass substrate and also introduce the inverted type polymer light emitting diodes (iPLEDs) exhibiting the possibility for commercialization as one of the practical applications using highly reduced and N-doped graphene electrodes. |
