Preparation and Characterization of Nicotinic Acid Loaded Chitosan Microsphere |
| 초록 |
The aim of this study was to improve nicotinic acid (NA) stability. We prepared to the NA loaded chitosan microsphere according to the stirring speed. Briefly, 10% chitosan solution and NA solution were added in the mineral oil with span 80 as a surfactant. And then, we added glutaric aldehyde as a cross link agents in the this solution, the reactant was filtered, and washed by hexane for 3 times. The characterization of NA loaded chitosan microsphere was analyzed by SEM, particle size analyzer, and TGA. The NA loaded chitosan microsphere has a potential NA delivery and improvement of its stability.
