제목 Transmission Properties using UV-cured polymer dispersions and process
초록 Transmission properties of UV-curable polymer composites filled with exfoliated nanoclay was studied with modification of nanoclay surface and magnesium oxide(MgO) nanopowder. Epoxy modified carboxyl type oligomer and acrylate type monomer were used as UV-curable resin. Dispersed MgO surface and modified-nanoclay improved Transmission properties as oxygen transmission rate (OTR) and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR). Exfoliation of the nanoclay and MgO was observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM). The composites observed using scanning electron microscope(SEM). Transmission properties as oxygen transmission rate (OTR) and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) were measured by MOCON test. Transmission properties are shown secondary filler-filled polymer composites better than polymer/filler composites .
