Effects of pore size control on electrospun activated carbon fibers for glucose sensor by efficient enzyme immobilization |
초록 |
The effects of pore size control on carbon fibers were investigated for efficient glucose sensor based on enzyme immobilization. Carbon fibers were manufactured by electrospinning method and heat treatments. SiO2, MgO were employed as activation agents to form the meso and macro pores, respectively.Electrochemical reaction between enzyme and ACFs was studied using Cyclic voltammetry and amperometric analysis. Glucose sensing property was improved by efficient GOD immobilization based on the synergetic effects of meso and macro pores. |
