제목 Impact of SIS Block Copolymer in Acrylic PSAs on Adhesion Properties and Restoration for Flexible Display Applications
초록 In this study, the consequence of both the SIS block copolymer and the crosslinking density of acrylic PSAs on their adhesion properties and restoration. The restoration of the the acrylic PSAs was evaluated by stress relaxation using DMA. As the SIS contents increasing without crosslinking agent, the adhesion properties of the acrylic PSAs slightly decreased and the acrylic PSAs strarted to recover as bring in the SIS block copolymer, although there was no significant change. After then, we investigated the PSAs as a function of crosslinking agent and fixed the SIS content due to the adhesion performance showed the highest value in 5 phr of SIS. The lap shear stress and strain of the crosslinked PSAs were initially increasing. The restoration of the PSA/SIS was steadily increased as increasing the crosslinking agent. From this results, we confirmed the effect of SIS copolymer in restoration of the PSAs.
