제목 Preparation of Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)-Active Substrate for High Throughput Screening(HTS)
초록 New ideal type of SERS active substrate was prepared by using polyol method for HTS on sulfonated Polystyrene (PS) resin bead. To introduce Ag nanoparticle on the sulfonated PS bead, AgNO3 was reduced by polyol(ethylene glycol) with PVP (polyvinylpyrolidine). Concentration of AgNO3 and PVP, temperature and reaction time were changed for finding the optimal condition. After introducing Ag nanoparticle, 4-mercaptotoluene was assembled on the surface of Ag nanoparticle on the bead, and then the bead was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy. Raman band of 4-mercaptotoluene was reproducible and the intensity was also very strong.
