제목 Position Effect Based on Pyrene Core for Fluorescence Emitting Materials
초록 Green-orange emitters based on pyrene core have successfully been synthesized by substitution with triphenylamine side group in the 1,6 or 2,7 positions. There are larger blue shifts in the UV-visible absorption and PL spectra of the synthesized 2,7-substituted derivative compared to 1,6-substituted derivative. When the synthesized compounds were used as emitting layers in non-doped OLED devices, a related trend was observed in their optical properties. OLED devices were fabricated by the synthesized compounds using vacuum deposit process as an emitting layer. Device structure was ITO/2-TNATA 60nm/ NPB 15nm/ EML 35nm/ Alq3 20nm/ LiF 1nm/ Al 200nm. CIE values of 1,6-Py and 2,7-Py were (0.43, 0.54) and (0.17, 0.36).
