제목 이상조업을 고려한 다품종 회분식 공정에서의 최적 생산계획
초록 In multi-products batch process, a parallel unit which is operated in the out-of-phase mode is used to relax a bottleneck stage which has a LCT(Limiting Cycle time). However, in the case of multi-products campaign, products may have differenct LCT stages one another. For this cause, we suggest MILP models for UIS, NIS, and ZW multi-product processes, which can be used to determine an optimal position of an additional out of phase unit and to obtain an optimal production schedule including a minimum makespan and an optimal sequence simultaneously, when we insert only one additional unit to processes. An example is presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed model.
